Terms

Last updated October 27, 2026

Tagify Community is a free website run by Alex Kepekci, based in Canada (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to how we handle data in the Privacy Policy.

Who can join

You must be 16 or older. One person, one account; keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

What you share

Your tags, profile, pictures, comments and messages stay yours. So that Community can work, you let us store, copy, show and share them on Community, and in the Tagify apps, the way the site's features and your settings describe: for example showing your public tags on your profile, on music pages and in search. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already made through Community's features (such as tags they copied to their own library).

Only share what you have the right to share. Profile pictures and page images must be yours or allowed for this use.

Rules

Follow the Community guidelines. Also don't break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, scrape Community, try to get around limits, blocks or suspensions, or interfere with how Community runs.

Moderation

We can remove content and limit or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the guidelines. When we do, we tell you what changed and why, and you can ask for a review. You can report anything on Community, and anyone can send a legal notice.

Spotify, Apple Music and other services

Community is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Spotify or Apple. Music titles, artwork and players come from those services and remain theirs, and their own terms apply when you use them. Services you connect can stop working with Community at any time.

No guarantees

Community is provided free and as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can download your data any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to 100 Canadian dollars. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Leaving

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Privacy. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

Changes and law

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we'll say so on Community before the change takes effect, and using Community after that means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without taking away protections of the law where you live. Questions: legal@tagify.fm.
